	Mr. Stallard became associated with Thompson O’Donnell, LLP in 1990 and became a partner in 1998. He maintains an active litigation and business law practice. He handles a wide range of civil litigation and arbitration matters, focusing on construction, dental and other professional malpractice claims, personal injury, premises and products liability, and estate litigation. After graduation from law school, Mr. Stallard practiced law in West Virginia for two years. He served on the West Virginia State Bar's Employment Law Committee and as Secretary/Treasurer of the Raleigh County West Virginia Bar Association. He is active in several voluntary bar associations, including serving as President of the D.C. Defense Lawyers Association (2007-2008).
